That group him into the community of rich people in the world – Minority group."
This is the topic we going to discuss today. Majority versus minority group.
Who are the majority group? A huge group of people who have the ability to influence the decision or result of certain issue. Below are some real world example :
1. American Citizens - Mr Obama can become the new president of America because he has the majority vote from American residents .
2. Football Fans & Club - Christiano Ronaldo can become footballer of the year because he has the majority vote from the football association group.
3. Online Users - Brad Pitt can become the sexiest man in the world base on majority vote from online community around the world.
Who are the minority group? A small group of people who have the ability to influence majority on certain issue. Above example have shown that Mr Obama, Christiano Ronaldo and Bad Pitt are the minority group. Mostly the minority group are comes from the group of those rich and famous people.
1. Mr Obama – Able to influence the American citizens to vote for him.
2. Ronaldo – Able to influence footballers and fans to vote for him.
3. Brad Pitt- Able to influence online community to vote for him.
A reality fact – in terms of wealth distribution. 90% of the world economy and resources are dominated by minority group.
What happen to the majority group? They didn’t work hard? They cannot obtain higher education level? The answer is no. In fact the majority group give more hard work, spend more times on education compares to minority group. But all their efforts was spend to build the success of minority group. Company A has 1000 workers and 1 boss. Everyone from company A work very well to increase company profits, but who is the one taking the most from the returns? 1000 workers? No, it’s the minority group – the boss. The fact is 1000 workers working very hard to helping the 1 boss to build the rich.
This is the cycle and process of our current world. No matter you like it or not, you have to accept it. Only those people from the majority who dare to make the difference can become success and rich. And then what happens? The new rich will become the minority group. How about the minority group who has broke or losing all the money in investment or share? This is the most interesting part. The minority will fall back to majority.

Way To Maintain A Blog - For Beginner
Everyone know how to create a blog, writing new article, few people can actually become a continuously long run blogger. Today, I going to share below 4 technique. Hopefully it can give you some idea to move forward :
1. Monitoring your blog process – You cannot build a blog and make your blog become famous in 1 days. Keep the momentum, try to post at least 1 article each day for the topic you feel interest in. Build from nothing to something. Sooner or later sure you can achieve something.
2. Controlling of your blog article– Always keep edit and edit your blog in terms of grammar and spelling errors. Keep your blog short but complete to show your idea in. Normally 200 – 400 words would be suitable. A long article would only make your reader feel bore and get away quickly.
3. Interaction with other blog – After you able to keep the production momentum of your blog , next step to do is keep your blog expose to other blog. Try search and visit other blog having same familiar content like your blog. Build the friendship and build your network. Join in other forum also to promote your blog.
4. Continuously improvement – Some people use only 3 month to become hot blogger, but they are some people also spend so many times but the visibility of the blog is still very low. Before waiting for the luck, you must prepare and equipped yourself first. Maintain your blog as good as possible as you can.
Have you heard of the concept of “POKA YOKE” – a Japanese term from POKA (inadvertent errors) and YOKERU (to avoid), implementation of fail-safe mechanisms to prevent accident or error happen. Example, anyone who had use ATM machine before will notice your ATM card come out first before machine cash out your withdrawing money. Why not money come out first then the card? Previously a lot of ATM user forgot to take their card after they take their money. Using this POKA YOKE concept, card first then the money, people will never forget anymore in taking back their card.
